The National President of Court of Appeal Justice Dongban Mensem has constituted the National and State Houses of Assembly Election Petition Tribunal for the forthcoming Bayelsa State Election.

In a statement by the tribunal secretary Ezenta Obioma said this in line with the 1999 constitution as amended and the electoral act.

To this end, Bayelsa State Acting Chief Judge Justice Matilda Ayemieye has granted the use of former High Court Sagbama, Opposite DSS, Yenagoa, for the use of Bayelsa State tribunal.

The statement urged the public to contact the registry or the secretariat of the tribunal of the approved tribunal.
