Former Arsenal striker Emmanuel Adebayor has pledged to sponsor the education of a brilliant Togolese student known as Godwin Sodji. Adebayor through his Sheyi Emmanuel Adebayor foundation will foot the educational bills of young Sodji as he starts his education at the African Institute of Sciences, Technologies and Trade.

In a post on Facebook, Adebayor congratulated the student for emerging tops in a national exam in Togo and has promised to help him realize his dreams of pursuing Law and Political Science.
