Bayelsa Governor again inspects ongoing projects.

Bayelsa State Governor, Douye Diri has inspected some ongoing projects in the State.
Projects inspected by Governor Diri were the Yenagoa-Oporoma-Ukubie road, a spur route linking to the Angiama community, the Glory drive road from the Ecumenical centre, and the Bayelsa Transport Terminal at Igbogene.
He said as someone who knows construction, for a bridge to be constructed, mobilization to the site is something very important and critical because of the equipment required.
The Governor, who expressed satisfaction at the level of work done from the last time he visited to date, said the bridge projects would be accomplished within the specified time frame.
While inspecting the work, Governor Diri also met, former Ambassador Boladei Igali, at the Angiama-Oporoma bridge construction site.
Ambassador Igali, who is from Southern Ijaw Local Government Area, told the Governor that he had come to appreciate the level of job done so far and thanked him for prioritizing the project.
Responding, Commissioner for Works and Infrastructure, Mr. Moses Teibowei briefed newsmen on the level of work done at the Aguobiri and Oporoma link bridges.
Government functionaries who accompanied the Governor on the inspection were the State Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, Chief Solomon Agwuana, Commissioner for Information, Orientation and Strategy, Honourable Ayiba Duba and other government officials.
