Governing council of the Bayelsa State multi door court BMDC under the chairmanships of Justice Kate Abiri at its inaugural meeting had approved the appointment of Mrs Nyingi Eke-Spiff as its new substantive Director.

Until her appointment Mrs. Eke-Spiff was on acting capacity and deputy chief registrar customary court of appeal.

She is a fellow of the Nigeria Institute of Chartered Arbitrator and Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliation and International Dispute Resolution Institute.

A statement by, Head Media and Information Bayelsa State Judiciary, Julius Nyananyo says the appointment take effect from tenth of January.
