The Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), has cautioned the Federal Government against the use of force in the enforcement of vaccination of workers.

NLC President, Ayuba Wabba gave the advice yesterday during a briefing on COVID-19 vaccination advisory for federal workers in Abuja.

The Boss Mustapha-led Presidential Steering Committee on COVID-19, had on the 13th of this month announced that civil servants without proof of vaccination or result of test done within 72 hours would be denied access to their offices starting from first of next month.

Mr. Wabba however urged the current administration to employ persuasion and conviction rather than force.
