Prospective corps members have been cautioned against using their personal funds for community projects.

Director-General, National Youth Service Corps, Shuaibu Ibrahim gave the warning in a virtual address to the twenty-twenty-one Batch ‘C’ Stream two prospective corps members undergoing orientation nationwide.

The NYSC DG also asked them to desist from borrowing money to execute projects.

He advised Corps member to source funds within the community where they intend to execute a Community Development Service, CDS, project.

Mr. Ibrahim also advised them to choose either personal or group projects that could be completed within the period of their service year.
