A nine man executives has been elected to pilot the affairs of the Izon-Ebe Oil and Gas producing communities association.
According to a statement by the electoral committee chairman, Lawrence Dudiegha stated that the election which was held on the 12th of this month was conducted peacefully within the ethics and code of the laws governing the body.
Mr. Dudiegha encouraged them to be of good service to the concern states ensuring that they perform better in bringing more development to the communities.
National president elect of the Izon-Ebe Oil and Gas Producing Communities Association, Gangan Ignatius (IOGPCA) noted that the association which entails members from Ondo, Edo Delta, Bayelsa, Rivers and Akwa Ibom states will implement policies that would bring rapid development to the concern states and communities.
Among those elected are Comrade Ganga Ignatius –National President elect, Chief James Tangbowei –National vice president elect, Mr. Alex Ebi Fenimine National General Secretary Elect, Chief Gowon Brizimor National Public Relations Officer Elect, Madam Akpoebi Ekpetun National treasurer, Mr. Paul Geregere-National Assistant Secretary,
Others are David Oruware- National welfare officer, Mr. Smart Iteimor National financial secretary, Mr. Saint John Irawo- National Publicity secretary elect.
Meanwhile there will be a general meeting of the Izon-Ebe oil and gas Producing Communities Association on Thursday this week by 3 o’clock at Bimos Hotel, Airport Road Warri, Delta state by FCMB.
