The National Population Commission says the mentally unstable, homeless people and every living being in Nigeria would be counted in the upcoming 2023 housing and population census.

Prince Diran Iyantan, NPC Federal Commissioner representing Ondo State, said this in Akure at a one-day capacity-building workshop for the twenty twenty-three population and housing census publicity committee.

Prince  Iyantan, who assured Nigerians that the forthcoming census would have ninety-eight percent success.
