Nigerian rapper and singer Promise Oladimeji Aloba popularly known as ” mohbad” (Imole) was confirmed dead on tuesday 12th of september at the age of 27.
This was confirmed by a post on his official instagram page saying “imole is finally at peace”, fans and well wishers as well as music colleagues has trooped the social media in mourning.
The rapper until his standoff with naira marley was part of the marlians record label, his tracks made waves in the music industry.
The singer will be remembered for his hit singles like Feel Good, Ponmo and KPK (Ko Por Ke) with Rexxie.
Since the news of his demise broke, the social media has been awashed with comments, mostly expressing shock and disbelief.
According to international show promoter, Olamide Baron, the singer is supposed to be in the United Kingdom in November for his UK tour.
