President Muhammadu Buhari has sent a list of ministerial nominees to the Senate for screening and confirmation.

The nominees are Henry Ikechukwu from Abia State, Umana Okon Umana from Akwa-Ibom State and Ekuma Joseph from Ebonyi State.

Others are Goodluck Nana Obia from Imo State, Umar Ibrahim Yakub from Kano State; Ademola Adewole Adegorioye from Ondo State and Odo Udi from Rivers State.

In accordance with the nineteen constitution as amended he has forwarded the ministerial nominees for confirmation to the Senate.

The nominees when confirmed are to replace ministers who resigned to contest the All Progressives Congress.
