Simi, D’banj and Obi Asika are set to return alongside host, IK Osakioduwa, to preside as judges on the popular reality TV singing competition, Nigerian Idol, Season Eight series.

The return of the judges was announced in Lagos by MultiChoice Nigeria.

The eighth season will premiere on April twenty-third to twenty-first of May, starting with audition recordings, while live shows will begin on twenty-eight of May and end on sixteen of July.
