The winner of the just concluded State Assembly election for Sagbama Constituency two , retired Colonel Bernard Kenebai has on behalf of his family thanked electorate for voting to renew his mandate.
Retired Colonel Kenebai, who is returning to the State Assembly for the third time appreciated them for their show of love through the ballots and promised not to betray their trust.
The Deputy Majority Leader in the sixth Assembly stated this while responding to Journalists at his residence in Assembly Quarters, Yenagoa. shortly after his declaration as winner of the election.
While thanking God for the victory, the lawmaker expressed gratitude to Governor Douye Diri for providing the enabling atmosphere, immediate past Governor, Senator Seriake Dickson for his mentorship in politics and Bayelsa West PDP family for their support.
He promised to remain committed to the ideals of services, to ensure his constituents have the dividends of democracy.
Retired Colonel Kenebai assured to consolidate on the gains recorded so far and improve on areas of concern, so as to put smile on the faces of the people, with more community based infrastructural development, human empowerment and capacity building.
