A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has dismissed a suit seeking the sack of Inspector General of Police, IGP, Usman Baba.
Justice James Omotosho held that Michael Idoko, a self acclaimed social crusader lacked locus standing to file the suit.

He held the plaintiff cannot hide under public interest to approach the court on the issue of whether or not Baba should retain his office.
The judge said the plaintiff failed to establish he had any interest in who occupies Office and described Idoko as a meddlesome intruder.
